Suggestions for Parent/Guardians

All of us have the same target i.e., the all round development of children. For this, you are to follow these guidelines.
  • Get the student up early in the morning

  • You must visit the office of the principal each month to know your ward’s progress

  • Daily teach your ward/s at home and help him/her in doing homework. By this, you can remain in continuous progress of your ward

  • Don’t ask for leave/absence on any minor occasions. This tendency hinders the study of student

  • Get the child leaves availed only in emergency. For this, you are to fill up a particular column in student’s class diary and get it forwarded by the class in-charge and for the leave to be sanctioned by the principal

  • The hair and nails of the students must be properly cut

  • Shoes must be polished daily

  • Uniform must be neat, tidy and well ironed

  • Collar of the shirt must be proper for using necktie

  • Don’t provide your ward with the wristwatch

  • Check whether your ward report to school on due dates after each vacation

  • Use of cosmetics is not allowed in school

  • There must be student’s name on all his/her belongings

  • Ensure whether your ward takes the books/note-books to the school according to the timetable

  • Observe whether the child prepares himself / herself for unit test/exams. You are also to sign the report card and class work, etc.

  • Make the child understand not to spoil the school furniture/property

  • Minimize the pocket allowances

  • Borrowing/Lending money is strictly prohibited in the school

  • Students are to take the entire unit tests/terminal exams. No re-test/exam will be held

  • Any change of address or phone number must be reported to the school immediately

  • Don’t disturb the teaching directly entering the classrooms during class hours. See the teachers on PTA meetings only or when the house is declared open

  • Check the beg of your ward on a daily basis to see if any notice, invitation or any other material taken either mistakenly or with intent, etc.

  • Being sick, don’t send the ward to the school

  • Don’t criticize any teacher in presence of your ward as it loses his/her faith in teacher and retard the progress
